INVITATION FOR FORMAL BID

Exterior Painting Project

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara is soliciting Sealed Bids from qualified firms to perform Exterior Painting Services for RiverTown Apartments.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on August 21, 2008 at 10:00 AM PST at RiverTown Apartments, located at 1340 Hope Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95054.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Housing Authority, 100 Great Oaks Blvd, Suite B, San Jose, CA 95119 until September 4, 2008 at 2:00PM PST.
