Property Management, Inc.

The Housing Authority owns numerous affordable rental properties throughout Santa Clara County which are open to persons with or without a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher. These properties provide many Resident Programs/Services and are managed by an affiliate of the Housing Authority called Property Management, Inc. (PMI). In order to apply to live at one of these properties, you must go to the PMI website.

On the PMI website, you can view properties, see floor plans and download an Interest List application for available properties.
